- Hap Cluff is CFO at Tremendum Pictures. Former, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the cities of Norfolk, VA & Fresno, CA. He implemented Electronic Health Records Systems, one for the State of Delaware. Career included bank Vice President, Staff Assistant to President Gerald Ford, White House Press Advance Representative for three U.S. Presidents, handled press arrangements for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s visit to U.S. Managed numerous events: the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s visit to Norfolk, VA, Gladys Knight’s Saints Unified Voices Choir, Virginia Beach Tour. Served as Mayor of El Monte, California (10th largest city in Los Angeles County), Former FranklynCovey Certified Facilitator in both 4 Disciplines of Execution" and "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." He completed doctoral studies in government at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from CSU Long Beach, and a BA from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Communications & Public Relations with Minors in Political Science, Psychology, and Religion
